Some results of the last weeks

Do you know these days or even weeks when you have so much to do or you're having a lot of ideas but everything you do besides that is just so unproductive? So last weeks have been like that as you were probably able to see by the amount of my posts... I'm sorry for that. But here are some results of the last weeks (exclusive of the so effective work I did for school...)

Kennt ihr diese Tage, oder sogar Wochen, an denen ihr so viel zu tun oder eine Menge Ideen habt, aber alles was ihr dann zusätzlich noch macht unglaublich unproduktiv ist? Die letzten paar Wochen waren also genau so, was ihr wahrscheinlich an der Zahl meiner Posts sehen kontet... Entschuldigung dafür. Aber hier sind ein paar "Ergebnisse" der letzten Wochen (ausgeschlossen sind dabei natürlich die ach so effektiven Sachen, die ich für die Schule erledigt habe...)

Last week I have been rearranging my room decoration after I went to IKEA and some other stores with my mum. Here are some photos:

Letzte Woche habe ich mein Zimmer ein wenig umdekoriert, nachdem ich mit  meiner Mama bei IKEA und ein paar anderen Läden war. Hier seht ihr ein paar Fotos:

The cover I have used before made my room seem a lot darker than it really was.

The white cover I bought at IKEA brings out the brightness in my room.

An other project I had to complete was changing the look of my manikin in some kind of decorative way.

Ein anderes Projekt, das ich unbedingt beenden wollte war da dekorativ-machen meiner Schaufensterpuppe.

In the beginning, the manikin only looked good with some clothes on but I found it really annoying to always change her clothes which was a fiddly procedure

 Let's get her a spray tan!

 The two of them spray cans have barely been enough for one life-sized manikin

So this exemplar is now part of my room decoration

Of course I also made a cake... It was the first time I made this one and it was SO delicious, you definately have to try it. I will post the recipe soon... hopefully :-)

Natürlich bin ich auch zum Backen gekommen... Es war das erste mal, dass ich diesen Kuchen gemacht habe und er war SO lecker, ihr müsst ihn unbedingt auch machen und probieren. Ich werde das Rezept dazu bald posten...hoffentlich :-)

This cake is out of many layers of yufka pastry, a poppy seed-curd mixture with vanilla and tons of butter, topped of with sour cream. SO GOOD!

Yufka is a turkish kind of very thin flat bread, for the ones who didn't know. We bought it in the local turkish supermarket.
